Old Pecos Mustard

I love many things about the Phoenix farmer’s market, but I still miss Santa Fe’s market.  During the fall, babies drink apple cider slushies and the air is filled with the smell of roasting green chiles.  Also, I miss the local mustard.  My favorite is Green Chile, of course, but Hickory Smoked Almond gives it a run for its money.  They really have a way of jazzing up a sandwich or soft pretzel.
